Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is expanding its Specialty Pharmacy team with an Intake Specialist I. You will enroll new patients and ensure all demographics, allergies, medication history, and payer information are accurately captured in the dispensing system.

The role focuses on placing calls to patients, coordinating with providers and insurers, translating prescription data, and assisting with prior authorizations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• National CPhT and/or licensure required per state.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience.
• Hours of operation: 8am–7pm Monday–Thursday, 8am–6pm Friday.

• Enroll new Specialty Pharmacy patients into our programs.
• Place calls to patients and coordinate with doctors and insurers.
• Translate prescription information into dispensing records.
• Assist providers and insurers with prior authorizations as needed.
