Job summary

Orsini is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary account manager for designated manufacturers, driving design, implementation, communication, and management of specialty pharmacy therapy programs including rare diseases.

You will grow partnerships with Orsini Specialty Pharmacy and oversee drug launch projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and senior management to manage KPIs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in a relevant role in specialty pharmacy/trade.
• Experience with account management and internal stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage therapy/service programs for designated pharmapartners and KPI reporting.
• Develop and manage relationships to grow Orsini Specialty Pharmacy share.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement new programs and product launches.
• Manage trade contract deliverables and data reporting; assist in escalations.
• Travel for quarterly business reviews and partner meetings as needed.
• Prepare reports on program performance and outcomes for business reviews.
