The anticipated salary range for this position is based on work location and pharmacist licensure:

The Director, Account and Program Management, serves as the intermediary between the Program Management (PM) and Operations (Ops) teams, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration to drive pre- and post-launch success. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring strategic and insight driven approach with current accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze data,identifygaps in processes, and implement expedited solutions that enhance efficiency and collaboration. This rolealso includes direct people management responsibilities, providing leadership, coaching, and engagement within the Program Management team. Theywill work closely with key stakeholdersacross functionstoaccelerate the success of product launches and ensure the operational teams are proactive in addressing challenges before they arise.The role requires consistent travel for quarterly business reviews, manufacturer meetings, and other business engagements as needed.
