Job summary

Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions is seeking a Director, Account and Program Management to bridge PM and Operations, ensuring rapid, cost-effective launches and ongoing account optimization. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration across rare disease programs.

You will lead a PM team, mentor staff, and travel for quarterly reviews and manufacturer meetings to ensure proactive problem solving and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree and active pharmacist license.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience including 3–5 years of people management.
• Experience with rare/orphan disease programs preferred.
• Experience with HUB services and specialty pharmacy operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Program Management and Operations to drive launches.
• Drive launch success by identifying gaps and ensuring accountability.
• Use data analytics to monitor performance and trends.
• Address potential roadblocks proactively.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across teams.
• Optimize processes to improve launch success rates.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the PM team.
• Travel for quarterly reviews and meetings.
