Job summary

Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Program Analyst to support assigned manufacturer programs and therapies. You will liaise with manufacturers, HUB and case management teams, prescribers, and patients to ensure timely and accurate information.

The role requires urgency, strong communication, and collaboration across the account team to meet program requirements and maintain smooth operations in a remote setting with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in specialty pharmacy or 8+ years of related experience if no degree.
• Experience working in manufacturer settings with account reps desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Customer service skills with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide concise patient status information to manufacturers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite patient processing.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated reimbursement issues.
• Serve as a point of contact to manufacturer reps, MD offices, and patients.
• Lead weekly calls with manufacturers.
• Prepare and review internal reports for therapy and manufacturers.
• Attend scheduled manufacturer, program manager and therapy team meetings.
