Job summary

Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions seeks a liaison to coordinate between prescribers, patients and manufacturers, delivering timely, high-quality support to ensure program requirements are met. You will work with program managers to resolve issues and maintain strong customer service across the care continuum.

The role emphasizes urgency, proactive communication, and collaboration with multiple teams to optimize patient care and provider satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician License required.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
• Ability to work with diverse customer base including manufacturers, MD offices and patients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient case status information to outside field team as requested.
• Interact with internal SPP teams or team members to expedite patient processing as needed.
• Communicate with health care providers on occasion as needed to resolve case status issues.
• Serve as point of contact to field reps, MD offices, and patients for all assigned orders.
• Obtain necessary information required to successfully process patient orders.
• Communicate effectively with internal team on needs of outside team requests and expediting patient issues.
• Communicate with external team of escalated issues and needs to assist with improvement of patient referral process and improving outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned
