Job summary

Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions is seeking a liaison to join our team supporting drug products and patients. This remote role will collaborate with prescribers, field reps, and program managers to deliver timely, compassionate service and ensure program requirements are met.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and a Pharmacy Technician license. Compensation includes hourly pay of $28 in Elk Grove Village, IL area, with preference for candidates near our offices in

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient case status information to field team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to expedite patient processing.
• Communicate with health care providers to resolve status issues.
• Serve as point of contact to field reps, MD offices, and patients.
• Obtain information required to process orders.
• Communicate needs and expedite patient issues with internal teams.
• Escalate issues to improve patient referral processes and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned
