• High school diploma or GED is required; college coursework is a plus.
• National CPhT or state registration may be required depending on location.
• Minimum two years of pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and copay programs.
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Manage the assigned workflow queues.
• Document thoroughly prescription order setup.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and high ethical standards.
