Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college.
• Active pharmacist license in a US state (Arizona, Florida, Ohio or Texas).
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience in high-volume settings.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions and manage patient care.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from patients and providers to review prescriptions for accuracy and therapy suitability.
• Check for drug interactions and use guidelines to support decisions.
