Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active Pharmacist license from FL, TX, OH or AZ Board of Pharmacy with no restrictions.
• Minimum three years of pharmacist experience in high-volume retail, hospital or mail order.
• Participation in Federal prescription programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
• Ability to navigate multiple systems remotely and troubleshoot general tech issues.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound calls to members.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy.
• Check for drug-drug interactions.
• Evaluate disease state, dosage, directions and therapy for appropriateness.
• Use electronic resources and guidelines to support professional decision-making.
