Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 to support Pharmacists and patients through triage of inbound calls for Specialty Rx medications, performing admin tasks and initial data entry.

You will handle telephonic support, enter prescription orders when needed, and work within call center metrics in a remote work-at-home environment, with hours Mon–Fri between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. EST.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration in state of residence (OH, AZ, TX or FL).
• PTCB or ExCPT certification.
• At least 1 year in a customer service environment.
• Self-starter with minimal remote supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience using multiple computer applications and data entry.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri between 8am-11pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic support to Pharmacists and patients for Specialty Rx.
• Triage inbound calls and may enter prescription orders into the system.
• Adhere to Specialty Rx operational processes and programs.
• Work within call center productivity and quality metrics.
• Prioritize tasks within policy with some independent discretion.
• Remote/work-at-home setting with occasional travel to offices for training.
