Job summary

Ethos in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Specialty Infusion/IVIG Sales Executive to expand our referral network and grow revenue in the designated territory. You will build strategic relationships with hospitals, infusion centers, and clinicians to promote Ethos offerings and secure new business.

The role requires at least a college degree and 2 years of medical sales experience, with specific IVIG or home infusion experience preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years medical sales experience.
• Home infusion or specialty pharmacy/IVIG experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable automobile.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in designated sales territory/region.
• Collaborates with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet personal and Company goals.
• Formulates a quarterly business plan in order to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals.
• Actively prospects referrals from present and prospective customers.
• Develops territory routing plan and updates regularly to obtain optimal efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing to new business/customers.
