Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Clinical Liaison / Account Executive to drive IVIG and specialty infusion referrals across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role emphasizes direct IVIG sales experience and established provider relationships for rapid market impact.

You will build and nurture relationships with neurologists, MS centers, and hospital systems, educating partners on home infusion services and coordinating with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Direct IVIG account executive, business development, or referral development experience preferred.
• Proven success generating IVIG and/or specialty infusion referrals.
• Established DFW relationships with neurologists and specialty providers preferred.
• Knowledge of IVIG, biologics, home infusion, or chronic infusion therapies.
• RN/clinical background is a plus; IVIG sales relationships prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Grow IVIG, biologic, and specialty infusion referrals across the DFW market.
• Build relationships with neurologists, MS centers, specialty clinics, hospital systems, and referral teams.
• Leverage existing provider relationships to generate new business.
• Educate referral partners on home infusion services and coordinate with clinical/pharmacy teams.
• Independently manage and grow the territory.
