Amgen Inc. is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager for IgG4-RD with responsibility for promoting products to physicians and healthcare professionals, and for comprehensive territory account management.

You will provide disease information and education to medical professionals and external customers involved in patient care. The role requires building strategic plans, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on compliance, patient-centric care, and achieving sales

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Establish product sales and perform total territory account management.
• Provide disease information and education to medical professionals and external customers.
• Achieve sales objectives through education and outreach to HCPs.
• Execute marketing plan goals via strategic account business plans.
• Collaborate with matrix teams (Case Managers, Medical Affairs, Patient Access).
• Utilize resources and cross-functional partners to address knowledge gaps.
• Navigate healthcare landscape including IDNs, private practices, and hospital systems.
• Build relationships with local, regional, and national KOLs in the territory.
