Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager to promote IgG4-RD products to physicians and healthcare professionals across a defined US territory. You will build relationships, deliver disease and product education, and manage accounts with a compliant, data-driven approach.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales, strong communication and team collaboration skills, and comfort navigating a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales.
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales.
• High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of account management, sales and commercial experience.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of account management, sales and commercial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of account management, sales and commercial experience.
• Associate degree with 10 years of account management, sales and commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals and manage territory accounts.
• Provide disease information and education to medical professionals and external customers.
• Promote patient-centered disease and product education to HCPs.
• Execute strategic account plans through marketing goals.
• Collaborate with Case Managers, Medical Affairs, Patient Access and other partners.
• Build relationships with local, regional, and national KOLs.
• Develop in-depth disease and therapeutic knowledge.
• Use consultative selling to meet IgG4-RD patient needs.
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation and reporting.
