Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Specialist Solution Architect to lead in-depth product discussions and drive our go-to-market strategy for Money Management offerings, including Capital, Issuing, Treasury, and Payouts. You will educate product and engineering teams on market trends and influence the product roadmap with customer insights.

Expect collaboration with sales, cross‑functional teams, and customers to shape innovative financial solutions and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales, pre‑sales, or solutions architecture.
• 3+ years product experience with embedded finance solutions (issuing, lending, treasury).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and research current and emerging products.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on Stripe’s Money Management products to accelerate opportunities.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of embedded finance applications and GTM strategy.
• Consult with users on embedded finance use cases from cards to loans.
• Understand compliance requirements as Stripe expands to new markets.
• Define and share best practices and reusable assets for the GTM team.
• Create reference architectures to uplift the team and refine solutions.
• Partner with the Money Management sales team on large opportunities.
• Provide Voice of the Customer to influence product roadmap and prioritization.
