Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Specialist Solution Architect to drive in‑depth product discussions and shape the go‑to‑market strategy for Money Management products (Capital, Issuing, Treasury, Payouts). You will educate product and engineering teams on market trends and influence the product roadmap for Stripe’s Money Management suite.

You will partner with the sales team to lead key relationships with Stripe’s largest customers and help define best practices across the GTM organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales, pre‑sales, or solutions architecture.
• 3+ years product experience with embedded finance (card issuing, lending, treasury).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web apps.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for learning and researching current and emerging products.
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships with partners.
• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead in‑depth product discussions with top users and prospects.
• Educate teams on market trends and influence the Money Management roadmap.
• Define and share best practices with GTM to enhance efficiency.
• Create reference architectures and refine solutions based on feedback.
• Partner with the Money Management sales team on key customer relationships.
• Serve as Voice of the Customer to influence product priorities.
• Provide insights on emerging technologies, including stablecoins.
• Support sales with tools to qualify leads and accelerate onboarding.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events and executive briefings.
