Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in high-velocity environments (builder/operator and strategy/ops).
• Exceptional communication tailored to audiences at different levels.
• Strong operational background with playbooks, pipelines, automations.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly business reviews for the forward-deployed team and report on OKRs.
• Design an AI-powered second brain and establish documentation standards.
• Scale the team by building internal tools and processes and aiding hiring funnels.
