Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to become the technical voice of our AI agent platform in the developer and partner community. This hands-on, hybrid role combines software engineering with storytelling and community building to help developers build, test, and ship AI agents on Cresta, primarily through video, blogs, tutorials, and workshops.

The role requires deep technical knowledge because Cresta's platform is enterprise-heavy with complex integrations and rigorous

Qualifications

• 3+ years as software/ML engineer or developer advocate with hands-on coding.
• Experience building and testing AI agents and LLMs.
• Proficient in Python and/or Go/TypeScript with real integration code (APIs, webhooks, CRMs).
• Proven developer content: blogs, tutorials, or videos used by engineers.
• Public speaking or workshop facilitation at meetups, conferences, or events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain enterprise-grade concepts clearly.
• Comfortable in enterprise contexts with rigorous testing and partner requirements.
• Startup mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats in a maturing program.
• Bonus: open-source contributions; Bay Area based is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create technical content teaching developers how to build AI agents on Cresta.
• Build and maintain sample apps, code snippets, and reference integrations.
• Plan and run workshops for developers and partners, virtual and in-person.
• Represent Cresta at conferences, meetups, and partner events with talks and demos.
• Run a feedback loop with developers and partners and relay insights to Product/Engineering.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Improve onboarding and first-build experience with getting-started guides and sandboxes.
• Stay hands-on with agent building and testing: prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation.
