Job summary

Cresta is hiring a founding Special Projects Lead for its AI Agent Team. You will scale deployment motions, build an operational foundation for rapid growth, and own special projects across process, product, and go-to-market. This is a high-impact role in a fast-scaling AI-powered customer experience company.

You will design scalable tools, coordinate across functions, and drive initiatives from concept to execution, shaping how enterprise clients achieve real AI transformation.

Qualifications

• Bias toward action with ability to move without a playbook.
• Strong operational background with playbooks, pipelines and automation.
• Exceptional communication tailored to audiences at different levels.
• Experience in high-velocity environments (startup or fast-growing tech).
• Bonus: AI-native or agent-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly business reviews for the forward-deployed team, reporting on OKRs such as revenue and pilot-to-conversion performance.
• Design an AI-powered "second brain" to centralize team know-how and establish documentation standards.
• Develop internal tools and processes to enable scaling and optimize hiring funnels.
• Lead cross-functional projects at product, go-to-market and operations interfaces.
• Seed initiatives from idea to proof-of-concept and build new roles (verticalization, Agent Academy).
• Grow the Cresta AI Agent and deployment brand through content and thought leadership.
