You will manage a caseload from initiation to resolution, draft pleadings and motions, and appear in court or ADR settings as needed.

The role requires 7+ years in employment litigation, strong client communication, and strategic analysis of statutes and case law.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in employment litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee caseload of employment litigation cases from initiation through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, while representing clients in court or ADR forums such as mediation.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on employment law issues, analyzing case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to the matters and providing strategic guidance to clients.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed on case status and advising on developments affecting their business interests.
