Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Market Development Manager for Spatial Biology to shape markets and build scalable commercial plays across Biopharma and academic sectors. You will translate complex Spatial Biology workflows into use cases, drive demand, and partner with Sales, Applications, Marketing and Product to enable adoption of advanced imaging and Omics workflows.

This role reports to the Director of Market Development and is remote across the United States and

Qualifications

PhD or advanced degree in life sciences required.
Experience with Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, Omics or advanced imaging technologies.
Strong ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical use cases and value propositions.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Spatial Biology market development strategy across Biopharma, Academic, Translational and Clinical Research segments.
Translate complex Spatial Biology workflows into scalable use cases and value propositions.
Drive qualified pipeline creation by engaging strategic accounts and developing opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Applications, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enable workflow adoption.
