Job summary
Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Market Development Manager for Spatial Biology to drive growth across Biopharma, academic, translational, and clinical segments. You will translate complex workflows into scalable use cases and value propositions, shaping opportunities with strategic accounts.
You will partner with Sales, Applications, Marketing and Product to enable adoption of new workflows and establish referenceable customer outcomes, while building a robust pipeline
Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in life sciences with strong understanding of advanced research workflows.
- Experience with Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, Omics, or advanced imaging technologies.
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical use cases and value propositions.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen for assessing market opportunities and pipeline development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across scientific and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Spatial Biology market development strategy across Biopharma, Academic, Translational, and Clinical Research segments.
- Translate complex Spatial Biology workflows into scalable use cases and value propositions.
- Drive qualified pipeline creation by engaging strategic accounts and shaping customer workflows.
- Act as the voice of the customer to identify trends, unmet needs, and workflow opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Applications, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enable workflow adoption.
