Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Market Development Manager for Spatial Biology to translate emerging workflows into scalable use cases and commercial strategies across Biopharma, Academic, Translational and Clinical Research segments.

You will drive demand, establish lighthouse accounts, and accelerate adoption of advanced workflows while collaborating with Sales, Applications, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen Leica’s portfolio and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• PhD or advanced degree in life sciences with understanding of advanced research workflows.
• Experience with Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, Omics, or advanced imaging technologies.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical use cases and value propositions.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen with pipeline development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Spatial Biology market development strategy across Biopharma, Academic, Translational, and Clinical Research segments.
• Translate complex Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, and Omics workflows into scalable use cases and value propositions.
• Drive qualified pipeline creation by engaging strategic accounts and shaping customer workflows.
• Act as the voice of the customer and market to identify trends, unmet needs, and workflow opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Applications, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enable adoption and referenceable outcomes.
