Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Market Development Manager – Spatial Biology to lead strategy across Biopharma, Academic, Translational, and Clinical Research segments.

You will translate complex Spatial Biology workflows into scalable use cases, drive pipeline with strategic accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Applications, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to accelerate adoption of advanced workflows.

Qualifications

PhD or advanced degree in life sciences with a strong understanding of advanced research workflows.
Experience with Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, Omics, or advanced imaging technologies and ability to engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Spatial Biology market development strategy across Biopharma, Academic, Translational and Clinical Research segments.
Translate Spatial Biology and Omics workflows into scalable use cases and value propositions.
Drive qualified pipeline creation by engaging strategic accounts and shaping customer workflows.
Act as the voice of the customer to identify trends, unmet needs, and workflow opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Applications, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support workflow adoption.
