Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Market Development Manager – Spatial Biology to drive adoption of Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, and Omics workflows across Biopharma, Academic, Translational and Clinical Research segments in North America. You'll translate complex scientific capabilities into scalable use cases, build lighthouse accounts, and accelerate demand creation.

This role reports to the Director of Market Development and is remote across the United States

Qualifications

PhD or advanced degree in life sciences with strong understanding of advanced research workflows.
Experience with Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, Omics, or advanced imaging technologies.
Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical use cases and value propositions.
Strong commercial and analytical acumen with experience in market opportunities and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

Travel 30-40% overnight as needed to support tradeshows and key accounts.
Define and execute Spatial Biology market development strategy across target segments.
Translate complex workflows into scalable use cases and value propositions to drive adoption.
