Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Market Development Manager for Spatial Biology to lead market development strategy across Biopharma, Academic, Translational, and Clinical Research segments.

You will translate complex Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, and Omics workflows into scalable use cases and value propositions, drive pipeline, and partner with Sales, Applications, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enable adoption and referenceable outcomes.

Qualifications

PhD or advanced degree in life sciences with strong understanding of advanced research workflows.
Experience with Spatial Biology, multiplex imaging, Omics, or advanced imaging technologies.
Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical use cases and value propositions.
Strong commercial and analytical acumen with pipeline development experience.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Spatial Biology market development strategy across Biopharma, Academic, Translational, and Clinical Research segments.
Translate Spatial Biology workflows into scalable use cases and value propositions to drive awareness and growth.
Drive qualified pipeline creation by engaging strategic accounts and shaping customer workflows.
