Job summary

Oscar Medical Group seeks Physician Assistants to join our remote Virtual Health Assessment team, delivering high-quality care in a virtual setting.

You will work with physicians in a collaborative model, support remote monitoring and diagnostics, and participate in team meetings and process improvements. Full-time options include 4-day or 5-day schedules with shifts 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, plus competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: Must have FL License; Preferred: TX and/or GA Licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement, consulting and partnering with Physicians on the care team for comprehensive care, particularly with complex patients
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers
• Use tooling to allow virtual "exams" including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, remote point of care diagnostics
• Participate in collaborative care model with multiple care team members including registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisor where applicable
• Participate in required meetings to support patient care including huddles, case conferencing and regular service line All Hands
• Provide feedback to support improvement in operational workflows and product features
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
