Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring fluent Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioners to join our remote Virtual Health Assessment team. You will provide high-quality virtual care to Oscar Health Insurance members in a collaborative setting with prescriptive authority.

We offer full-time schedules across 4-day (10-hour) and 5-day (8-hour) options, with day, mid-day, and evening shifts. Remote work from home with occasional travel for meetings and events, and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP or PA from an accredited program is required.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC) is required.
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: FL license required; TX/OH/NJ preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement, consulting with Physicians.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Utilize tools for virtual exams including home monitoring equipment and remote diagnostics.
• Participate in collaborative care model with multiple care team members.
• Attend meetings to support patient care and service line All Hands.
• Provide feedback to improve operational workflows and product features.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
