Job summary

QAD, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Operational Excellence Coach (French Speaking) for the Redzone division.

This full-time, remote role requires leading Lean transformations across Food & Beverage, CPG, and General Manufacturing industries using QAD Redzone software and expert coaching. You will work with shop floor staff, front-line leaders, CI directors, and C-level executives to achieve significant productivity gains and growth, with up to 80% travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French is required.
• Senior leadership experience in manufacturing environments is required.
• Direct coaching experience with business clients is preferred.
• Experience using OEE and its components to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software during 90-day deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor huddles and Daily Vital Signs meetings to support action cycles.
• Tracks performance data and customer uplifts during deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Provides executive overviews and project completion assessments.
• Travels up to 80% across the United States as needed.
