Job summary

QAD Redzone seeks an Operational Excellence Coach (French Speaking) to lead Lean and cultural transformations across Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing clients in the United States. The role combines coaching with Redzone software deployments to achieve productivity gains and sustained improvements.

The successful candidate will travel up to 80% across the U.S., work remotely, and partner with shop floor staff, CI directors, and C-suite leaders to drive significant results and growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French required.
• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing environments required.
• Direct coaching experience in manufacturing settings (Ops Manager, Production Supervisor, CI Manager) preferred.
• Experience using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to drive outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple internal and client demands in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software across 90-day on-site deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor huddles and leadership meetings to support action cycles.
• Tracks performance data and uplifts during deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Shares feedback to drive behavior change and uplift results.
• Delivers executive overviews and project progress to customers.
• Troubleshoots customer technical issues as needed.
