Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring Nurse Practitioners for a remote Virtual Health Assessment team. The role supports Oscar Health Insurance members with virtual evaluations and management visits, reporting to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

We offer full-time schedules across 4-day (10-hour) and 5-day (8-hour) options, with shifts 8:00 AM–9:00 PM. Base pay ranges from $116,400 to $145,500 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States, must have FL license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority in collaboration with Physicians.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication.
• Use remote tools for virtual exams and home monitoring.
• Collaborate with care team including nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and supervisors.
• Attend meetings to support patient care and service lines.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and product features.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
