Samsara is seeking a Mid‑Market Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of 100–200 named accounts in a remote US role. You’ll partner with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to map customer value, drive adoption, and renew and expand with confidence.

You’ll help shape the playbooks and AI‑powered motions that define our Mid‑Market approach, while building trusted relationships with executives and day‑to‑day users across diverse industries.

Competenze

• 2–4+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, sales, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with executives, Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering leadership.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of ~100-200 named accounts, using AI tooling to mid-market engagement.
• Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics and timelines.
• Conduct workshops with customers to understand current operations and outcomes.
• Deeply understand Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to varied businesses.
