Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a remote Customer Service Specialist to support HSN. You will handle inbound calls, assist Spanish and English-speaking customers, and promote products while managing a high-volume environment from home in Tennessee.

The role offers hourly pay of $15.00 plus a $0.60 bilingual differential, with potential shift incentives. You will report to a Customer Service Supervisor and have advancement opportunities across the QVC Group brands.

Qualifications

• 12 months or more of customer service experience.
• Learn and work in a virtual environment.
• Communicate with a variety of styles.
• Navigate multiple systems and screens.
• Follow HSN computer system requirements.
• Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed).
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, problem-solve and de-escalate issues while promoting products.
• Support both Spanish and English speaking customers.
• Handle a high volume of inquiries in a remote role.
• Suggest additional products on every interaction.
• Personalize caller experiences and assist with questions.
• Process refunds, payments, orders, and analyze account data.
