QVC Group is seeking a remote Customer Service Specialist to support HSN customers in English and Spanish. The role involves problem-solving, de-escalation, and promoting products during high-volume inbound interactions from a home office in Virginia. Training and advancement opportunities are available across the QVC Group family.

You will report to a Customer Service Supervisor and work a full-time schedule, including weekends, with a competitive benefits package in the US market.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and operate in a virtual environment.
• Ability to communicate with diverse customer styles.
• Comfort navigating multiple systems and screens.
• Own Windows 11 computer and required equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish and English speaking customers.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Promote products and increase sales on interactions.
• De-escalate issues and resolve inquiries.
• Process refunds, take payments, and place orders.
• Personalize the experience by analyzing account data.
• Report to Customer Service Supervisor and follow schedules.
• Work full-time with weekend requirements.
