Job summary

You'll assist customers, process refunds and orders, and navigate multiple systems. Availability on weekends/holidays is required, with bilingual Spanish optional. Competitive pay at $15/hour plus differential and incentive pay, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate with diverse styles.
• Experience navigating multiple systems and screens.
• Familiarity with HSN computer system requirements.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
• Offer additional products during each customer interaction.
• Assist customers with questions and personalize the experience.
• Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data.
• Maintain a high-paced call volume while de-es-escalating unique situations.
