Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound Spanish and English calls from a home-based setting. You will promote products, resolve issues, and assist customers while managing a high-volume workload. The role requires residing in North Carolina or an approved QVC state and includes weekend shifts.

The position is remote with a set full-time schedule. Compensation includes $15.00 per hour plus a $0.60 bilingual differential, with additional shift incentives

Qualifications

• 12+ months of customer service experience.
• Experience working in a virtual/remote environment.
• Ability to communicate with diverse styles and navigate multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls in Spanish and English.
• Promote products and assist customers to complete transactions.
• Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a full-time weekend schedule.
