Qualifications

• 12 months or more of customer service experience.

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist our Spanish and English speaking customers and de‑escalate issues.
• Promote products and improve sales during customer interactions.
• Handle inquiries such as refunds, payments, orders, and account data analysis.
• Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a high paced call volume.
