Responsibilities

• Welcomes members via telephone and completes transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Professionally handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Promote products and services via Sales Strategies, cross-selling to meet goals.
• Input consumer loan applications, analyze credit reports, and process banking transactions.
• Respond to emails and chats the same day; troubleshoot online banking issues.
