Latino Community Credit Union in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Member Service Representative II to provide front-line service, open and maintain accounts, and offer basic loan information. The role includes interviewing members to gather information and proposing suitable financial solutions.

Teller duties are required about 50% of the time. We seek a team player with strong English and Spanish communication skills who can educate members on products, resolve issues, and build fully engaged

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of related office experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in English and Spanish for customer interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality front-line service including account opening and maintenance.
• Educate members on credit union products and services.
• Assist with teller duties and everyday transactions.
• Resolve member issues promptly and accurately.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies.
