Job summary

Liveops is seeking a Spanish bilingual Support Representative on a 1099 contract basis. Self-schedule and receive pay per talk-minute, with hourly ranges typically $15–$30 depending on client and volume. Requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, and experience in customer service.

You'll document interactions across multiple systems, work from home, and complete client certification programs ranging 2–6 weeks. Independent contractor status offered nationwide.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or phone-based support.
• Comfortable handling inbound or outbound calls and assisting customers professionally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools while supporting customers.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume support environments.
• Must complete program certification which varies from 2–6 weeks.
