Job summary

Solutionz, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive the full sales cycle within the Greater D.C. metro region.

You will understand customer needs, coordinate with internal teams to develop audiovisual and collaboration solutions, and guide opportunities through contract execution and close. This role requires experience in B2B sales, strong consultative selling, and the ability to engage executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and account development.
• Ability to develop new business and manage opportunities through a complex sales cycle.
• Strong consultative selling and customer discovery skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive and C-level decision-makers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities with prospective and existing customers throughout the assigned territory.
• Identify customer needs and recommend audiovisual, collaboration, and related technology solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executive and C-level decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close opportunities for audiovisual and video conferencing solutions.
• Partner with Engineering and other internal teams to develop project scopes and customer proposals.
• Present proposed solutions and clearly communicate their value and alignment with requirements.
