Liveops is seeking a Spanish bilingual Support Representative on a 1099 contract basis. Self-schedule and receive pay per talk-minute, with hourly ranges typically $15–$30 depending on client and volume. Requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, and experience in customer service.

You'll document interactions across multiple systems, work from home, and complete client certification programs ranging 2–6 weeks. Independent contractor status offered nationwide.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Accurately document call details, interactions, and outcomes in multiple systems
• Navigate various software platforms simultaneously while assisting callers
• Maintain compliance with all guidelines, policies, and contractual obligations
• Work independently to manage workload and meet performance expectations
• Internet: Wired internet connection via an Ethernet cable (no WiFi or Satellite connectivity)
• Internet download speed: Minimum 20 Mbps or higher
• Internet upload speed: Minimum 5 Mbps or higher
• Processor: Minimum of 6 cores
• Memory: 16 GB or available/usable RAM or more
• Operating System: Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, or Windows 11 Pro for Workstations
• Monitor: Dual monitors are required. Screen resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels or higher
• Sound: Must have a sound card installed and be equipped with speakers or headphones
