Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Spanish bilingual Scheduling Center Agent to work from home, partnering with patients to schedule their appointments and provide critical access to dental care.

Responsibilities include answering high-volume inbound calls, listening empathetically to patient needs, and using trained sales and customer service techniques to set appointments. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with virtual training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, call center, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments as the first point of contact for new patients.
• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment and address questions/concerns.
• Listen empathetically, assess patient needs, and use sales/customer service techniques to secure appointments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Call Center Leadership.
