Aspen Dental is seeking a Spanish bilingual Scheduling Center Agent to join our remote team in the United States. You will be the first contact for patients, scheduling appointments and answering inbound calls with empathy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be professionally proficient in both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, or hospitality).
• Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment.
• Strong communication skills and a quiet, private workspace.
• Internet with wired connection, minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with patients as the first contact.
• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment with empathy.
• Use sales and customer service techniques to set appointments and meet goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Call Center Leadership.
