Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality)
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and meet goals
• Must have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant private workspace with reliable internet (100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up)

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with patients as the first point of contact
• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment with empathy
• Use customer service techniques to set appointments and meet center goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Call Center Leadership
