Job summary

Defense Unicorns is seeking a Director of Domain Revenue & Operations in the United States to own the end-to-end P&L for the Space pod, driving revenue attainment, gross margins, and sustainable growth while ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

This leader merges sales and delivery, guiding Strategy, Forecasting, and Ops in partnership with Account Executives, Mission Directors, Finance, RevOps, and Delivery teams to build a scalable, healthy domain.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain is required.
• Role requires ownership of domain revenue and profit, with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the annual revenue target for the Space pod/domain.
• Drive net new revenue, expansions, and cross-sales with AEs and Mission Directors.
• Ensure pipeline coverage and forecasting accuracy to meet revenue goals.
• Act as final accountable owner for domain bookings, renewals, and expansions.
• Own domain-level gross profit margins and maintain healthy margins.
• Balance time-to-value with long-term margin targets and customer outcomes.
• Lead Talent: build and retain Mission Directors and staff, manage staffing risk.
