Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing high-performing operations teams.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Revenue, Network, Finance, and QA.
• Experience managing 24/7/365 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Own sector performance metrics and escalation processes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements with leadership.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Network, R&D, and Finance to shape SOPs.
• Plan staffing, onboarding, and 24/7/365 coverage.
