Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. offers a summer legal internship with remote, full-time hours from May to September. 1Ls and 2Ls are welcome; no space-law experience is required.

You will work directly with our legal team on regulatory licensing, government contracting, export controls, and corporate matters. You'll gain hands-on exposure to commercial space law and regulatory policy while contributing to real projects that impact Muon’s operations and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regulatory compliance matrices that track license conditions, reporting obligations, and procedures.
• Support the broader Legal and Contracts team with research and administrative work on commercial agreements, government contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Conduct legal, regulatory, and market research and synthesize findings into clear written summaries and recommendations.
• Assist with additional legal, corporate and regulatory projects as they come up, including filings, process documentation, and export-compliance recordkeeping.
