Muon Space, Inc. is offering a remote, full-time Legal Internship for May–September. Open to 1Ls and 2Ls with no space-law experience required.

You will work with the Legal team on licensing, contracting, export controls, and government contracts while learning from seasoned attorneys and regulatory specialists. Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. program with 1Ls/2Ls welcome.
• Strong research and writing skills expected.
• Organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn.
• Genuine interest in space, technology, or government contracting.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain regulatory compliance matrices tracking license conditions and obligations.
• Assist with research and administrative work on commercial agreements, government contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Conduct legal, regulatory, and market research and summarize findings with recommendations.
• Support with filings, process documentation, and export-compliance recordkeeping.
